    You have to be careful with free hosting, because you get what you pay for-somewhere to ONLY park your site. I was looking for a web hosting company that would host my site at no cost and came across a company, Heritage Web Solutions. They host my at a very low cost along with features that are so helpful/useful to me.

    I know you doubtless don’t want to hear this, but there aren’t any excellent free web hosting sites – i’ve wasted my time trying them all. Some are better than others but none are excellent. Spend $7 a month and get excellent reliable hosting. There is a site that does reviews and offers coupons. Check it out. http://besthostingcritic.com/hosting-coupons.html

    For free web hosting, I would recommend 000WebHost (They are also well-known for join scamming lol)

    For paid web hosting, I recommend Host Monster ( my assess : http://www.castironhostingreview.com/hostmonster.html ) with plans at $5.95. They also have 99.9% uptime. A fantastic option!

    Well, you pay for what you get!

    I really reckon free web hosting is a waste of time. You have to deal with hideous 3rd have fun banners and things like that all over your site. Kind of takes away the “your” in your site. You should consider going to a website like http://www.hostgumbo.com … they have an up to date pricing and features evaluation chart for the top 2009 web hosts. The site is free to use and they also run really cool promotions and giveaways. They will pay for the first 3 months of your hosting no theme which one of their advertised hosts you choose to use!
